Áslandsskóli

Our visit to Budapest this year went really well.  The staff from San Fillippo Neri were really hospitable and the kids in collaboration with their teachers performed for us traditional dances and folkmusic and showed us around the school. We observed some classes and had scbool lunch. The next day, we sat at a meeting and exchanged our projects and discussed further collaborative projects. We also got a tour to museums and around the city and dined on Hungarian cuisine. We left Budapest happy and with a better insight into Hungarian culture.

During their visit here in Iceland in May 2009, our colleagues from Spain and England went with us to visit the president of Iceland, who welcomed us and gave us a your of his residency, Bessastadir.
